COVID-19 circumstances:
We will do our best to ship out your orders ASAP, but due to the impact of COVID-19 circumstances and increased order volumes, you may experience a delay. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Processing time: After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–25 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, US orders usually take 7-15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will credit your original form of payment for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Loyobaby, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Loyobaby does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing refunds for the item(s) not in stock.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Loyobaby reserves the right to require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Loyobaby reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Loyobaby reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
